The Jaguar XJ220 needs little introduction. The car that promised so much and delivered relatively little at launch has lived an existence overshadowed by its failings. A tough rock for any supercar to live under despite its incredible looks, low volume production and menacing road presence. Time, however, heals all wounds and the public love an underdog. It seems that the XJ220’s day in the sun has finally come.

As the classic car loving public look for their next investment darling from the crop of ‘analogue’ or ‘proper’ supercars it seems the XJ220 has slipped under the radar into the hands of shrewd investors.
